Hi everyone! My name is Jag and I am the owner and primary hair artist for JagHed Couture Salon & Studio. JagHed Couture is a Gender Neutral boutique salon in Waddington Alley, right in the heart of downtown Victoria at the base of Johnson St. by the harbour.

About me. My 20+ years as a hairstylist has been full of adventure, creativity, hard work and and self-discovery. I was born into the industry with parents who are both stylists and have loved all things hair since I picked up a comb. I have a strong eye for designing cut and color looks for both blonde, balayage, and fashion colour clients and have been lucky enough to represent Canada at The World Championships of Hair Styling, where I became the highest placing Canadian team member on record up to that date. I have enjoyed all aspects of my profession and just love what I do.

When coming to the salon for a service, whether you are new client or a repeat client, it is my practice that every service starts with an in-depth consultation that allow "us" to customize a service that suits your vibe, budget and works with your ‘hairstory’ to maintain the integrity of your hair as top priority before preforming any service

In addition to JagHed Couture Salon, I have added Studio to the title as well. I have developed a strong passion for creating customized wigs, hairpieces and couture colour looks which are displayed throughout the salon and there usually always be something new happening every time you come by.

JagHed Couture Salon & Studio is a gender neutral service based salon that believes in inclusion with guests and other colleagues which is reflected in the service menu to follow.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation. However, we recognize that not all of life's unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to rebook it for you.

Our employees depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time. We reserve the option to administer a 50% cancellation fee for all cancellations within a 24hr period of the scheduled appointment. No-show appointments will be charged the full cost of the service at base price that was reserved. It is important to us that our guests understand that the proceeds collected under this policy go directly to compensate, in part, the service providers who have lost income due to an untimely cancellation. It is by no means a punitive policy but rather one of restoration.

Grievances & Refunds

Should a service preformed not be suitable after the consultation, service and payment. JagHed Couture Salon & Studio will provide a corrective service free of charge if the grievance is reported within 7 days from the initial appointment. JagHed Couture does not provide cash refunds.
